Poor Boo was found as a stray on the streets of NY. She was found with a chewed leash. Sadly, no one came looking for her. The shelter soon realized that Boo was deaf. Can you believe this girl has sat in the shelter for over a year? A cold, scary shelter in NY. NEHS is committed to finding this girl a home.
