"Sasha' is a beautiful young adult female kitty who arrived at the HSOV on June 15, 2016 after her family moved and 'forgot' to take her along :( When she was brought to our shelter, "Sasha" was keeping a secret (which she shared with everyone the following day). Sasha had four 2-week old kittens which had also been left behind when her family moved. Fortunately she was reunited with them on June 16th when a very compassionate landlord found them and rushed them to the shelter to be with their mother. "Sasha" was so happy to see her babies! We witnessed a very touching reunion as she gently cleaned each kitten and they began to nurse. Fortunately a fantastic foster mother took the family home with her on June 25, 2016. "Sasha" has a brown tabby short smooth coat, a long ringed tail, and a beautiful triangular-shaped face with hopeful trusting eyes and long white whiskers. She has a sweet, gentle disposition and a loving personality. "Sasha" has been a wonderful mother to her four kittens (Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Gingersnap, and Gum Drop). The kittens are now fully weaned and nearly ready to find new homes of their very own. "Sasha" was given vaccinations and wormer on June 16, 2016. She was combo tested on June 23, 2016 and is negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and hearworm. "Sasha" was spayed on August 31, 2016 and was also given rabies vaccine. This little beauty queen weighs 7.2 lbs. These updated photos were taken on August 27, 2016.
