Luka's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Luka's Story...
Luka says she doesn't know about you, but she's tired and happy from watching the UT game on Saturday! She's asked if we could find her a family by this weekend to watch the Georgia game with? You see, the other dogs don't really understand her crush on Smokey. It's a hound dog thing! Luka is a great choice for any family, she's past the puppy stage, but still a younger adult, maybe 4ish. She is active and playful enough to be a great football buddy, but calm enough to have great house manners too. The best of both, truly! She is also housetrained, spayed, vaccinated and is up to date on flea and hw prevention. For more information on meeting and adopting (or just a sleepover with) Luka, please call us at K9LR, 865-660-7582.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luka, a Kingston Redtick Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Redtick Coonhound for sale in Kingston, or seeking a Redtick Coonhound dog from a breeder in Kingston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kingston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kingston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Redtick Coonhound breeders who help with Redtick Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kingston paves the way for another one to be saved.
