WILL BE ARRIVING IN FOSTER CARE IN MAINE ON 10/15

7 weeks of age on 9/15, some have fluffier fur than others of the litter. All are very super friendly playful they did not want to sit tight for pics so a few are a bit blurry. They had their first vaccine 9/15. The first transport to an adopter would be Oct 15. Those pups that do not find an adoptive home first will be fostered with Courtney and another foster home in CT.

Transport fee is paid in advance when adopting from one of our northern foster homes.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CHARLIE, a Sanford Border Collie/Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Beagle for sale in Sanford, or seeking a Border Collie/Beagle puppy from a breeder in Sanford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sanford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sanford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Beagle breeders who help with Border Collie/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sanford paves the way for another one to be saved.
