Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Domestic Short Hair - Black; Female; 3 years; 7 pounds
Care Bear entered Rancho Coastal with her kittens, and has been a wonderful and nurturing mother. Care Bear was found on the street as a kitten and has been with the same family ever since. Her family could no longer care for her and her kittens because they were moving and could not bring them with. Care Bear lived with another cat and dog in the home, and she really liked the company of the dog. They would sometimes snuggle on the couch. She is a little reserved at first, but will warm right up to the right home. She might do well with older, gentle children or adults. Please call the shelter at (760) 753-6413 with any questions regarding Care Bear or the adoption process.
Business hours are Wednesday – Monday; 11 am to 5 pm. Closed Tuesdays.
An adoption application can be found on our website.
