Arya's Story...
Arya is an extremely sweet 6 week old kitten who is beginning the search to connect with her forever home. This sweet girl just loves to play as much as she can, especially with her brothers Punk and Odin. Arya has a very sweet side and loves to curl up in her foster mom's arms for a cuddle whenever she is able to. She also will melt your heart by crawling in your lap to relax. She has extremely amazing markings on her black silky coat of fur that are very tabby like. Arya also loves to go explore new things and take adventures in her foster home. She is always up to something but loves to follow her foster family around the house as if she was a small puppy looking for attention all the time. Arya and her siblings will be adopted as pairs unless a potential adopter has a cat already. Please don't hesitate on connecting with us at bowwowrevolution@gmail.com for an application or other additional questions you may have.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Arya, a Chicago Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
