Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Twix. We think that he might be a mix between Manchester Terrier and a German Pinsher, just a guess. Twix recently came into the Turlock Animal Shelter. He is 22 lbs, already neutered and current on vaccinations. As you can see, he share a kennel with a 30 lb spayed female small whippet mix name Daphne. The two of them seem to get along fine together. When I met Daphne and Twix, there were friendly but not barky. They did not jump up on the kennel and were very calm and mellow at the shelter. We think that Twix would make a great companion for some lucky person. He is the perfect size. He walks on a leash and was definetly someone's good dog.
As you can see, Twix is red with tan markings and almost looks like a little Doberman Pinscher. He is about 2 yrs old and only weighs about 22 lbs - so you could say he is between a small breed and medium sized dog. We would love to see Twix get out of the shelter and find a great family to love him.
The shelter staff says that Twix and Daphne do very well together.
