Diabetic cat

Zeus is a large grey and white short hair male cat who's around 2 1/2 years old. He's simply charming! He is a social cat! He approaches people and sweetly asks them to pet him. He loves to explore, and likes to be in the middle of the action. He's very docile and allows people to pick him up and pet him for long periods of time. Zeus has diabetes, but giving him his insulin is no problem. He just lies on his side and lets us do it. He likes to be the centre of attention and can be very insistent when he wants other cats to play with him. Zeus must be the only cat of the household. Please open your heart to this unlucky cat who has a lot of love to give! To adopt Zeus, please contact the Refuge at 514-761-4444 or

Our Adoption Process...

All our cats are in foster homes and people who wish to adopt one can make an appointment to visit the cat at the home or come to the adoption days. All cats have been seen by a veterinarian, vaccinated and sterilized. The fee is $160 and includes sterilization of kittens when they reach five to six months of age. Adopting families sign a contract and if they already have other cats, these cats must be sterilized.
