Several nights ago a volunteer was feeding a county feral colony. There has been three vetted cats and one elusive tomcat there for many months. But on that night at around midnight she discovered 3 kittens trying to look big and brave. They fluffed up as big as could and growled to try to scare the adult cats away so they could eat. Then they heard the human! Instead of scattering or being afraid they stopped growling and ran crying to the human. Oh what to do! We are way too full but these were not ferals. They are now looking for wonderful homes.
