Baby Girl's Story...
Hi, I’m Baby Girl2 … or “Bee” as my foster mom calls me.
Housebroken and very well-mannered and behaved, I like to keep the company of my person and know “sit” and “stay.”
I get along with other dogs and the cats at my foster home, but sometimes men I don’t know make me a little nervous.
I’m a sweet, low-key older lady and do o.k. with just running around in the backyard a few times a day, but then I’m happy to lay back on my bed with a toy or two.
I’m a good dog and would make a great family member for a family that has previously had German Shepherds.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baby Girl, a Savannah German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Savannah, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Savannah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Savannah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Savannah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Savannah paves the way for another one to be saved.
