Meet Whitney, a beautiful little girl who is under 6 lbs. and estimated to have been born 4/20/16. She loves her toys and loves playing with the other dogs. She knows the sit command and will play fetch with her foster mom and dad. She has lots of energy but will get up on your lap and fall asleep with no problems. She can jump a 3 ft fence so she will need a home that has a well fenced yard.
