Lucy's Story...
Misfit Lucy!
My name is Lucy! I am a 5 ½ year old Pit mix that weighs about 60 pounds! I do have the energy of a 2 year old though! I love car rides, going for walks and cuddling!
I LOVE kids and other dogs, I am also fostered with cats, but would do better in a home without them. Running the yard and playing ball is one of my favorite things to do!
I don’t need to be crated as I don’t get into things that I shouldn’t.
I know all my basic commands!
I am spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, on prevention and microchipped! Want to meet a simple girl like me? Fill out an application at www.misfitangelsrescue.org

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eastpointe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eastpointe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
