She is a loving friendly lady looking for a quite home and an adult home and who would do well as an only kitty as she does not like to share her space with other animals. She would love sit right by you to watch TV or sleep on your bed. She likes to look out the window and see the birds. She plays with her toys. She enjoys people and likes to be petted. She was rescued from a a high killed shelter where she came in as stray and we were contacted to help her so we found a foster until she could find a permanent home . She is fully vetted and ready to get a second chance to find a family? May that be yours?
We are now showing our adoptable pets at Tractor Supply, off Hwy 29 in Concord, NC once a month but please e-mail first for future events or information on this kitty.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Georgia Girl, a Harrisburg Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Harrisburg, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Harrisburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
