Ricky Nelson's Story...
Little Ricky Loves to Strike a Pose.. and, even though he was born an incredibly handsome Chihuahua he's all Pointer inside. When Ricky stops, Ricky points. It's his very favorite way to stand.
Ricky is a super quiet boy, and very calm for his size, but he does like to run with the big dogs, and see what they're getting in to. Then afterwards, he's right back to the nearest lap, or pillow.
Ricky loves all people, especially men, and wags his whole body once he knows you. He likes dogs of all sizes, and also likes cats, He is potty trained, great on a leash, crate trained, and we're working on the doggie door,.
Ricky is an 8 pound, 1yr. old Chihuahua, he is neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on his shots. To meet Ricky, fill out an interest form at www.ahome4spot.com, and contact his foster mom, Delores, at 702-285-1468.. there is an adoption fee

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ricky Nelson, a Las Vegas Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
