Saylor and Tanner came in together.  They are both 3 years old and are long haired Chihuahuas.  Their home life was nothing special before they came to RPC, they existed and were cared for, but not much more.  Little Saylor is starting to come out of his shell with shelter staff.  Instead of crouching and trying to hide, he is now approaching and giving us his belly for belly rubs!!  Those are his favorite.  Saylor would like to have a quiet home with not a lot of activity.  He just wants to know that he is loved and not an object to look at.  His favorite thing is keeping laps warm...he'll come in very handy with winter just around the corner.  Please stop in and meet this special little guy.  We dare you not to fall in love with him!
