Hi there. My name is Nancy Hanks, and I am a chihuahua mix about five to six years old. I must be part cat because I just used up one of my nine lives. You see, some kindhearted railroad workers found me on some railroad tracks in the middle of nowhere. I was so scared, tired, and tick-infested I just couldn't move, even when a train ran right over me. After the scary train passed by they scooped me up and got me to a local animal control, also a pretty scary place. All I could do was curl in a ball and tremble. But then someone told me I was a little Angel, and they took me to a vet. Then, they brought me home with them. Oh, life is sooooo good now! I have yummy food, nice doggie siblings about my own size, and comfy sofas and beds to roll around on! My foster mom says I really am a perfect Angel with wonderful house manners and professional cuddling skills. I am around 15 lbs so don't take up much space. Do you have room in your home and heart for me? I promise to adore you forever and ever.
