Hudson's Story...
Hudson is a very beautiful, traditional German Shepherd in every way. Highly intelligent and trainable, sweet and loving with a sense of play and a quirky side. He’s had a very rough start in life and as much as he wants to belong to a person he can love and be loved by, he is also fearful of being hurt and abandoned again. We have been working closely with him and he is with a great foster family but he needs the love of a family who wants to provide him a forever home and work with him to overcome his fear and anxiety. If you would love to work with this sweet, loving young shepherd, please complete an adoption application on our website. We will provide our trainer to work with you in the San Diego area.

All our dogs are up to date on shots, neutered and microchipped.

If you are interested in meeting Hudson, please complete an adoption application on our website below.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hudson, a San Diego German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in San Diego, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
