Beauty's Story...
Because of her Sable Black coat we named her Beauty. She was a puppy off the streets and in neglected condition but with the appropriate TLC...WOW...is she beautiful now. We are not sure of her mix...Lab and something else. She is very sweet and loving. She can run in the yard playing with her friends and then relax liked a good girl in the house. She knows the basic commands of 'Sit' and 'No'. She is great with other puppies/dogs and loves people and children. Cats are still a wonder to her, but she is a pup and can be trained. We are working on house training now. Her birthday is 4/24/16. She has had all her vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped and heartworm tested Negative. She is in Olympia Wa at her foster home. Our rescue does offer a five day money back trial period and the only thing we may ask is that if things don't work out you can foster until either we can re-home or another foster home opens up for her.. please email gingerdog@live.com for an application or more photos! ADOPTION FEE: $395. This includes all medical, microchip, health certificate for travel, and all transportation costs to one of the 5 drop-off locations from which you can chose.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beauty, a Seattle Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
