Bugsy's Info...

I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Bugsy's Story...
Bugsy is a gorgeous long hair Birman kitty about 7 years old. He loves to be petted, brushed and have attention from his people friends but does not like other pets at all. He needs a quiet home where he will be the center of attention!

He has had issues with aggression in the past when in contact with other cats, however he is currently medicated with Prozac and that has made a big difference. In a home with low stress and no other animals around this may be unnecessary but you would need to work with your vet to decide that.

Will you please give him a chance?

Our cats must be adopted to live indoors only and may NOT be de-clawed. For more information about PAWS or to fill out an application visit: www.pawsct.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bugsy, a Norwalk Birman cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Birman for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Birman cat from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Birman breeders who help with Birman rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
