Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lovely Lucky is definitely NOT feeling very lucky these days. Instead, she is feeling sad, confused and lonely. This graceful calico 11 year old lady was originally surrendered in early August when her family, with whom she lived with her entire life, moved to a new place that didn't allow pets. Although a little shy in her new, unfamiliar, often hectic environment, she was adopted after a few weeks, only to be returned shortly thereafter because the little boy in her new home developed allergies. Both families had only positive things to say about her in their homes, describing her as a friendly, calm and easy-going girl who liked to be near, and even sleep on the bed with them. So, through no fault of her own, Lucky is once again back at the shelter. After all of these changes in her recent life, she is, understandably, a bit overwhelmed and nervous. What this sweet lady needs is someone to make her feel loved and wanted again and to offer her a calm and stable home where she can finally feel safe and secure. In her previous homes, she lived with a small dog and young, respectful children, but would probably prefer a home with no other cats. Could you be that special, compassionate new friend to make Lucky TRULY feel "lucky" once more?
