This little golden boy at abour 3-4 years needs a patient soft person; evidently his last person wasn't so patient. He is afraid of noises, fast movements, objects, rooms. His reaction is to back away and crouch. His foster haven't seen anything like fear biting or aggression, just completely timid. He comes around nicely and seeks affection always cowering, but looking up with hope and love. With time and slow introductions he warms up nicely. He is sweet, crates well, and does well in a car. He is old enough to be calm and not a destroyer of houses, but energetic enough to bounce and run with excitement of the first time he sees you in the morning. He is about 8 pounds, neutered and UTD making him the perfect lap pet. His adoption fee is 150 and includes a month of pet insurance and a wellness check at our vet within 72 hours. If you are interested in possibly giving this darling his forever home please download the adoption application found @ katesrescue.org as a word document and email the completed version to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with “Drake” as the header.
