Facts about Valkyrie
Breed: Domestic Shorthair
Color: Brown Tabby
Valkyrie is very sweet. She has a quiet, soft personality. She has a very loud purr motor when being petted. She loves toys with string on the end. Val would be happiest in a quiet, calm home. She will be about 5 months old the end of October. Come meet this sweetie!
Little Buddies is a 501(c)3 nonprofit animal rescue group. We rescue homeless animals primarily from local shelters. We also take homeless animals found to be living outdoors. We spay/neuter all animals before adoption. We also provide public funds for veterinary care and spay/neuter of homeless animals. In addition, we do public education regarding animal-related issues.
Come Meet Our Pets...
We have adoption events every Saturday at the Pet Valu in the North Point Village Shopping Center in Reston, VA from noon until 3 PM with the exception of Saturday, Aug 27th when the adoption event will be 10 AM - 1 PM.
Our Adoption Process...
We have an adoption application. After references are checked, we bring the adopted animal to the new home. The adoption fee is $140 for a kitten, $120 for a cat over 6 months old and $60 for a cat over 2 years old. This adoption fee includes the spay/neuter. We adopt to those in the Northern Virginia area, as well as to those in Maryland and Washington, DC who are within about a 30 minute drive from Northern Virginia.
