Laguna's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Laguna's Story...
Laguna is a pretty female German Shepherd Dog mix (likely with Aussie or similar), who is about 9 months old and who weighs about 50 pounds. She is a soft and affectionate girl. Too chaotic of a home would overwhelm her. She is good with other dogs and likes people. She is crate trained and likes to ride in the car. Like all young dogs she needs owners with the time, patience, and energy to train her how to grow up to be a mannerly adult dog.

If you are interested in meeting/adopting Laguna, please fill out our adoption questionnaire which you can find at http://www.scgsr.org/adoption/aq/.

Laguna is Spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and comes with a collar, all included in adoption fee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Laguna, a Walnut Creek German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Walnut Creek, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Walnut Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walnut Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walnut Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walnut Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
