Trixie was born approx 2011 and is a female terrier mix. She is very sweet, is always wagging her tail, always happy, good with kids, and is playful. She arrived at the shelter with her sister, Pixie, who is also available for adoption, as their owner surrendered both of them with severe mange. The mange was so bad that she had lost all of her fur. Her fur has grown back and the mange is completely gone! Unfortunately, a while ago she jumped wrong and broke her leg. It has completely healed though and she is ready to find her forever home!

Stop by and meet our pets on SATURDAYS or if you are not able, email to arrange a convenient time to meet the pet. Adoption events are Saturday from 11 am to 3pm at R and R Pet Lifestyle and Supply at 2780 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley (SE corner of Tapo Canyon and Alamo), except holiday weekends. Please email (staff@arvsimi.org) ahead to make sure a particular pet will be at adoptions.
