Amber is a 3-year-old Retriever mix with beautiful hazel eyes who was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Houston. She's is now in Seattle, waiting for her forever family! Amber is energetic and alert, loving to explore. She would love to find a fairly active family who will enjoy having her along for walks, runs, or hikes - and a yard would be preferable. She greets all people and dogs alike with her tail wagging in excitement. A sweet girl, Amber is also very gentle and sweet with young children. Amber would like to a home with another dog buddy to keep her company. A home with cats is not recommended unless going to a home that is confident handling cat introductions and training.
Adoption Fee: $595 - Includes spay/neuter, DA2PP shots, Rabies, Bordetella, Deworm, heart worm test & treatment, grooming, microchip, boarding fees, health certificate, transport cost from Texas to Seattle, and any other unforeseen costs.
