Foster Care Hi everyone, I'm Goldie! I'm a small, 10-year-old, spayed female Chihuahua with a short, tan and white coat (but I act a long younger!). I'm a very happy girl, loving a home environment. I get along very well with other dogs and yes, even the cat! My favorite thing is snuggling next to my foster mom on the couch or (even better) in her lap. I love going on walks with the pack and investigating new areas. I am 100% housebroken with no accidents in the house. I have also proven myself to be a good watch dog, letting my foster mom know when there is a stranger in the yard (the gardener). I sleep in a crate at night as long as my person is in the room with me. Since I’m in foster care I’m not at the shelter, but you can make arrangements to meet me or learn more by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 650-340-7022 ext 374. Just ask for Goldie, ID#A360484
Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010. Our hours are weekdays from 11am-7pm and weekends from 11am-6pm (closed major holidays). Interested adopters must arrive at least 1 hour before close.
We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
To check on an animal's adoption status, please call 650/340-7022 during normal business hours to speak with an adoption counselor or 650/340-7022 x823 anytime to hear a recording of our available animals (updated each morning). Emails will be returned as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours during busy adoption periods like weekends.
