My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is our silly Jodie Sue. We think that she is a small purebred Doberman Pinscher. Jodie currently weighs about 43 lbs and our vet thinks that she is 1 to 1.5 yrs old. Silly Jodie will play a little tug of war and really likes to do race-me chase me with one of our larger foster dogs. She is a little sweet heart. We noticed that she is much more interested in interacting with a large breed male or large breed female; we think she likes to be treated as one of the big dogs! Jodie is a smart little cookie. We are working on her obedience and training and she is currently in the process of learning the down command. Good girl!

Jodie is crate trained and keeps her crate clean and dry. We are working on people manners and house manners with her and she is doing very well. She walks nice on a leash and is a pleasure to walk on a leash. She even goes with Bert on an occasional morning run. Jodie also rides well in a car - even without a crate. She will make someone a special friend and partner. She is spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccinations.

If you are interested in adopting this little sweetheart, please visit our website, www.friendsofcanines.org and check out our adoption process and complete an adoption application. You will see from our adoption process that we will bring Jodie to your home for a meet and greet if she appears to be a good fit for your home. If you have any further questions, feel free to e-mail us at rescue@friendsofcanines.org.

The adoption fee for Jodie is $200. Thank you for considering one of our foster pets.
