Dusty's Story...
Dusty is very friendly and playful and is all nice and cleaned up for his new home. He's shy at first but warms up fast and he will melt your heart with his sweet eyes.
Dusty is a very sweet boy who just wants to please. He has a super sweet smile. Just mentioning his name will get his tail wagging from a dead sleep. He's a little bit older but you would never know it. Dusty loves to go on walks, play tug and snuggle. He is submissive and gentle and gets along with dogs of all sizes. He is ok with cats. Dusty will bark at a stranger but when he sniffs their hand he settles. He needs to be in a home with older children. He can be a little afraid of men but with patients he warms up and will be your best buddy. He is housebroken with a schedule and he is crate trained. Dusty is very content to just hang out at home or be on the go.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dusty, a Mesa Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Mesa, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Mesa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mesa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mesa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mesa paves the way for another one to be saved.
