Shirley was found sitting on the porch of a nice lady who recognized that she should not have been outside. She is front-paw declawed! Apparently, when her neighbors moved they just put her outside to fend for herself. She was a very sweet girl to her savior, rubbing on her legs and purring but she is not a happy girl in a cage. She is feeling better now that we have her on a special diet (Royal Canin Gastointestinal Fiber) but she will probably go back on regular food once she has acclimated to a new house. She is just sitting in a cage now and would LOVE to have a place and people to call her own for the rest of her life.
