Meet Evie, our newest blue perfection in the SOTB lineup! Evie is exactly the perfect dog for just about any adopter, a true "drop in" in every sense of the word. Evie's outgoing, happy disposition and moderate activity level make her a perfect fit for apartment/condo living, her ambassabull nature will win friends and convert naysayers wherever she goes. Evie loves kids, dogs and even cats. Her foster mom reports that she's doing great in the family condo as long as she gets a proper walk after being crated during work hours. She's no couch potato, but she's excessively busy either, so after her nightly walk, she's happy to entertain herself with a chew toy and watch her foster mom cook dinner. Evie lives with a bully fur sibling who she gets along great with, and she learned very quickly that following the 6 year old daughter around results in a fairly steady stream of treats. How lucky is Evie to score such a great family to spend her days with while her forever home is looked for? Does this dreamy gal sound like the perfect fit for your lifestyle? Contact and put in your application for Evie today! Probably best not to delay, these perfect kids are usually adopted quickly...

Our adoption fee is $195. This covers spay/neuter, microchip, microchip registration, all age appropriate vaccines, and any needed vet care.

Our Adoption Process...

Adoption Approval Process for South of the Bully

• An Adoption Application must be completed and approved. We call and check vet references to make sure any current pets are up to date with vaccinations and check length of time under vet care. We review all their current pets and ask questions about their temperament to make sure the dog they want to adopt would be a good fit.

• If a dog has been chosen, a meet and greet is arranged if requested AFTER the application is approved. If they have other pets, we also like them to meet at this time, if possible.

• The final step is a home visit. If the home visit is approved the potential adopters can begin their 14 day trial adoption period. Our adoption fee is $195 which includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations and microchip. If for some reason the dog isn’t a fit in their home we refund $95 of the adoption fee within the 14 day trial period. This is all listed in our Adoption Contract.

• We offer training support and resources for the lifetime of the dog once adopted. Our contract states that if for any reason they cannot continue to provide care for one of our dogs that it be returned to our rescue.
