Morty
1-year-old
Male neutered
Poodle-terrier mix
27 pounds
Up-to-date on vaccines
Good with dogs (currently lives with 4)
I would say no with kids. He just seems really nervous around them.
He chases cats, so I would probably say no.
Very sweet dog, about a year old but is very much a puppy. He needs proper training and socialization (like all puppies do). High energy. Only problem we've had with him is he's shown some separation anxiety, but I feel once he is more mature and confident it shouldn't be as much of an issue.

He is located in La Habra, CA but I am willing to drive to wherever I need to take him. My mom needs to relinquish him as soon as possible. 5 dogs is just way too much for her to handle and he's not getting the proper exercise and socialization that he needs. We have not had success in crating him due to his separation anxiety. We are still working with potty training, he is improving greatly and has only a couple accidents in the house.
Healthy - no medical issues.  ***Courtesy Post***  Please contact:   Emlyn Zolner via email for more information -  e_zolner@yahoo.com

About I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
