Nikki's Info...

Nikki's Story...
Nikki is a sweet young thing looking for her forever home. She is shy at first, but beginning to warm up to her foster brothers and sisters, and even starting to play a bit. Nikki came from a high kill shelter and is so happy to be safe! She is a bit on the thin side but is eating like a champ and will fill out in no time. She is a small girl, under 50 lbs. She may grow a bit more as she is very young but will probably not get over 60 lbs at the most. So if you are looking for a good dog in a small package she just may be your girl!

Nikki was not very excited about the office cat at the vet, and even sniffed him and wagged her tail a bit, so she may be fine with cats but would need more testing. She is such a gentle soul that she is probably fine with children. Won't you give this sweet girl a chance?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nikki, a Dripping Springs German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Dripping Springs, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Dripping Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dripping Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dripping Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dripping Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
