Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Heidi. I'm quite possibly the most loving, gentle, cuddliest rabbit in the world. I'll even let you hold me for long periods of time. I can be skiddish when approached because I'm still getting used to humans. But show me I can trust you and I love you long time. (The fuzzy one)
I'm bonded to my husband Kipper and together, as a fiercely bonded pair, we are madly in love and inseparable!
~~The Odd Couple~~
Kipper came from the San Bernadino animal shelter in September 2014. He is about 1.5 years old. Boy, does this little man have a passion and zest for life! He is a very clever and active bun who loves freedom and space to explore and run but also needs a special area to claim as his own. Don't let his small stature fool you, as a total Alpha male with a Napoleon complex, Kipper will act as protector and entertainer of your home, as he has done in mine. But, beneath his surly and gruff exterior is a gentle lover who enjoys pets and kisses. These qualities makes him an ideal husbun for his wife, Heidi, who came from an awful hoarding situation. Originally covered in hair matts and bites, she has come a long way since her rescue in November 2014, and has been trying her best to trust humans, but it takes time. She is about 2.5 years old and is a total cuddle bun with her docile demeanor. Her thick and luxurious angora fur feels so nice to snuggle up to, as she allows to be carried and handled. Together they are inseparable and enjoy the safety and security of a cardboard box hidey-home.
