Meet little Birdie!
This 2 year old, 10 pound Poodle came to us recently from Bakersfield, California from an unfortunate hoarding situation. She has been through many changes recently, and is slowly adjusting to her new surroundings.
She has done well with other dogs her size, and may even do well with cats! Birdie has hair, not fur, which makes her great for people with allergies! We are still getting to know this sweetheart, but we know that with the love, patience, and socialization, Birdie will make an amazing companion.
Right now Birdie is still very timid and can't be easily pet. She should not live with young children or in a hectic environment. An experienced adopter is preferred.
If you’d like to meet Birdie and help her come out of her fearful shell, please fill out an adoption application!
