Can I share my story with you? Hi, my name is Taffy and I’m 10 years old. I’m in rescue because my human mommy went to heaven. She was a sweet lady who loved me and took very good care of me. I have so many fond memories of the time we spent together. Before she got sick, we would go for walks every day in our neighborhood. I love to go walking, taking in all the sights and smells of life around me, it’s invigorating. We had a little garden and everyday we’d go outside in the yard together, I’d find a sunny spot in the yard to lay down and bask in the sun while she tended to the plants. Car rides were fun, she’d say, “Taffy, you want to go for a ride”? I always jumped at the opportunity and still do, to go for a cruise around town. I love sitting in the passenger seat looking out the window! Although I miss her very much, I’m ready to love and have someone love me. I got a clean bill of health from the doctor, so I’m ready to start on my bucket list, there is still so much to do! Come on, life is too short, so don’t be lonely no more. You have a partner in life, one that will be by your side, motivate you and love you. My name is Taffy, which means “beloved friend”. Let me be yours….
