Gino's Story...
ADOPTION PENDING**
Gino is a very sweet and handsome 4 year old male Doberman. He's neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and microchipped. He is a very well behaved boy that is crate trained, potty trained, and loves to go for car rides. He knows some basic commands like sit, down, and stay. Gino loves people, other dogs, and kids over 8 years old. He wants to please and just be a part of a loving family. He does have typical Doberman energy so he needs a fenced-in yard in run and play. Gino is available for adoption and he's being fostered in Indianapolis, In. DTDR adopts to Indiana and the directly surrounding states. His adoption fee is $200 and applications are at www.DedicatedtoDobes.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gino, a Lafayette Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Lafayette, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Lafayette.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lafayette already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lafayette breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lafayette paves the way for another one to be saved.
