My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rafe and his two brothers were saved from being euthanized at a Houston vet's office after their rescuer abandoned them because they were not able to make their transport to due to mange. Key to Happiness Rescue accepted them for transport to Wisconsin and Sonnet 116 took them to foster and heal and what a difference time, love and energy makes! Rafe has doubled his weight in the last 4 weeks, up to 34 pounds and has shot up in height! This adorable yellow lab collie mix will most likely be in the 60 to 70 pound range according to the vet's guess. He is the biggest of the lab boys and a natural leader. First out of his crate in the morning, first to look for the toys and the ball, first to greet you. He is up to date on shots, on heartworm and flea prevention and is good with other dogs. He does need to be neutered now that his skin is perfect and he had a beautiful coat!
