My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buster is a Pit Bull Terrier Mix, two years old and weighs around 45 pound. He was found in the Corridor of Cruelty monitoring an abandoned litter of puppies. Yes, you are reading correctly! This sweet dog took care of puppies that weren’t even his. He had a broken leg which has been surgically repaired already.

Buster is an absolute sweetheart, VERY affectionate and just loves everybody! A very polite and gentle boy; calm and relaxed. Buster enjoys playing fetch with his toys and makes friends with people and other dogs quickly. Cats however, are not on his 'friend making' priority list.

He is already house and crate trained and walks perfectly on the leash. Buster also is an excellent car passenger; as soon as he gets in the car, he sits very still until the car stops. How many dogs do you know that do this? He is a smart boy, well behaved and remarkably good looking. His other qualifications include: advanced snuggling, hyper-cuteness, playful, fun, loyal, extremely loving, pup kiss expert and lounging-couch potato expertise.

**This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas but is available for transport to most major US and Canadian cities via United Airlines PetSafe for an additional $275. A customs fee may apply at Canadian airports. Ground transportation to Colorado is available for $75, and several locations in the northeastern US for $175.

We are a street dog rescue in Houston, Texas seeking to place rescued dogs in loving homes across the US and Canada. Our region has more homeless animals than homes, so we look outside of our area for adopters.

The adoption fee of $200 covers neuter, microchip and current vaccines.

Please apply to adopt or foster Buster online at www.corridorrescue.org.

Thank you for considering a rescued former street dog for your next family member!
