Audrey's Info...

I am already spayed, a special needs pet, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Audrey's Story...

Beautiful Audrey was an intake to our local shelter. She came in very thin and very sick with parvo. She was sent straight to the vet and then to recover in a foster home.  It took little Audrey a long time to start to feel better but we are thrilled to see her eating and happy like a puppy should be! She loves to play with the dogs and cats in her foster home but she is assertive when it comes to her food and toys. She is smart, confident and playful. She is currently eating Natural Balance Puppy Food and appears to have some digestive sensitivity. This may be something that she eventually grows out of or it may be a side effect from her illness that will require a special diet and monitoring.

Audrey will be available after September 6th. Please email us for additional information and an application to adopt at opundo@operationunderdog.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Audrey, a Cool Ridge Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Cool Ridge, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy from a breeder in Cool Ridge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cool Ridge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cool Ridge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cool Ridge paves the way for another one to be saved.
