Please welcome Shaggy to Paws and People Rescue!! Shaggy is a 2 yr old terrier mix that weighs about 20 lbs. Shaggy is like a big dog in a little dog's body!! He is very athletic, agile and ready for adventure. Smart and wanting to please, Shaggy would make a great agility dog. Loves car rides, hikes, walks and water. Shaggie is crate trained but can be left out to free roam in the house and readily uses the door door. Shaggy loves dog friends and visits to the dog park. He is friendly with cats but will chase if an opportunity arises. Shaggy's ideal home would be with a very active family that loves the outdoors- rain, snow and shine. He would love to have a bigger dog friend in his new home t wrestle with!! Please contact a volunteer to meet Shaggy at 303-526-8129 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Shaggy's adoption fee of 175 covers his neuter, microchip and vaccinations.
We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) working to help shelter animals find lifelong homes. We work with shelters, other established rescue groups, and community programs for the well being of animals in need. Many animals are cared for and given new hope through positive networks of people working together for their benefit. We help these animals receive medical treatment, foster homes and a family to provide permanent loving homes for them.
Come Meet Our Pets...
All of our rescue dogs are placed in foster homes where they are evaluated for potential adopters.
Our Adoption Process...
Paws and People Rescue requires an adoption questionnaire and a home visit before an adoption is complete.
Adoption fees are dependent on the age of the dog and vetting needs.
Humane America Animal Foundation, dba Adopt-a-Pet.com, is a non-profit, tax-deductible 501(c)(3) adoption advertising charity. Our mission (and passion) is to help
get homeless pets out of the shelters and into loving homes. Let us know what you think! Suggestion & Comment Box
