Buster's Story...
My name is Buster. I'm between 2 and 3 yrs old. I'm a good sweet boy that loves attention. I am good with other dogs, however, I am fearful of male dogs and would do best with a female dog to be my companion. I like attention and I love to cuddle and just be close to my humans. I do not like being left alone, as it scares me, so another friend to hang out with or a human with me as much as possible would be preferred. I am good with kids and it is unknown if I like cats,as my current foster does not have any. Wont you please take me home and give me all of your love?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buster, a Port Charlotte Wheaten Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Wheaten Terrier for sale in Port Charlotte, or seeking a Wheaten Terrier dog from a breeder in Port Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Port Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Port Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Wheaten Terrier breeders who help with Wheaten Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Port Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
