Thank you for your interest in our adoptable animals. If you would like more information about this pet, see the Shelter information below. We would love to help you rescue a perfect pet!
Scout is an adorable orange tabby fellow who is only about 18 months old. He was initially found as a stray at 3 months old but eventually his owner could no longer care for him.
Scout loves to be outside, but frankly, the great outdoors is not safe for kitties. Even in our urban area we have wild animals and people with nefarious intents, so it is much safer to keep kitties indoors. They get used to it eventually, and learn to love the even greater indoors, especially when provided with a window seat to watch the birds and butterflies!
His previous owner says he is very sweet and loves people. He is currently in our large colony with all the other kitties so would meld seamlessly into a multi-cat household. Come meet Scout today (closed Tuesday) and he can come home on adoption day as he is already neutered! #1609-1649

The former shelter on Leroy Drive is now closed. If you have lost a pet, please visit the shelter in person and often as lost animals arrive everyday.
Act quickly to adopt 1609-1649 Scout. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.
