Flash's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Flash's Story...
FLASH is a fast runner and a very playful guy. He is obsessed with playing fetch and never tires of retrieving a tennis ball. If you hide the ball he will find a stick and bring that to you. He is very friendly with other dogs. He is not impressed with sharing his retrieving duties with any of his companions though. He is good with kids as well. He is eager to please. He sleeps in a pen overnight. He is a typically little dog and will bark when someone comes in the house or walks past his crate but only in an excited way. If you have a fenced in yard and would enjoy spending your days tossing a ball this guy is definitely for you! He is about 2-3 years old.

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs please fill out an Adoption Screening Form.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Flash, a Trenton Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in Trenton, or seeking a Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Trenton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Trenton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Trenton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Trenton paves the way for another one to be saved.
