Olive came to us from a high kill shelter. She has a bump on the top of her head, which our vet will be looking at on Oct 6 when Olive gets spayed. Olive is a sweet, gentle, submissive and quiet little dog, eager for attention and love! She would be a great little companion for a family with a low-key lifestyle. EMAIL us at to request our pre-visit questionnaire if you would like to schedule a visit to meet Olive!

About Red Sky Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Red Sky Rescue is a private 501c3 not-for-profit dog rescue organization in Jackson County, Indiana. We receive the stray and homeless dogs who are picked up by local animal control, and work to find new homes for these abandoned dogs. We are committed to giving every dog a chance for a good life with a new responsible owner. We are a limited intake facility, and we never euthanize healthy, adoptable pets due to lack of space. We explore every resource in finding appropriate homes for all the dogs we rescue. We work tirelessly in our community to promote early spay/neuter of family pets, to reduce the number of homeless pets who end up at our shelter.
