Meow! My name is Milo! I love to eat, play and purr! This sweetie pie is the smallest of his litter, (approximately 3 months old), but big on cuteness and his purr is larger than life. He was rescued with his sisters from an uncertain life outdoors. Milo has a good balance of curiosity and sweetness. He is very receptive to learning (bits of treats help) but pays better attention after he plays and lets off some steam. Milo loves to have his ears rubbed and he would like to keep his nails forever so he helps you clip them by spreading his little toes out so you can reach them better. Isn’t he sweet? About Our Rescue Group...

We invite you to read About Us and what makes Planned Pethood difference from many other rescues. YOu can do so here:

Come Meet Our Pets...

We have several adoption events a week at various locations. Check out our calendar for details here: .

Our Adoption Process...

After you decide on the pet you're interested in, our adoption process begins. Please submit an application.

It will be reviewed by one of our volunteers. If certain and critical criteria is met, we will pass your application on to the foster. The foster will then contact you and make arrangements for your family to meet the dog, most likely at one of our many Adoption Events.

A home visit is also required for all of our adoptions. If you are local to the Toledo area, it will be performed by one of our volunteers. If you are long-distance, then we will need to make arrangements with a rescue group in your area. The processing of your application can take several days, so we ask for your patience.

Adoption fees depend on the specific animal.

Thank you for your interest in a rescue pet!
