This is Missy. Missy came from a local shelter after she had been dumped, then reduced, then dumped, then rescued again! After her Rollercoaster ride, we promised we'd make sure she never had to go back to the pound ever again.
She currently lives in a foster home with 3 other dogs, ranging in size from 9 pounds to 75 pounds, and gets along with them all! Her foster home did slow, proper introductions when she first met the resident dogs, which is the key to success with Missy. She loves to play and wrestle, so she would love to have another dog that enjoys the same type of play. But she would also be very content by herself, as she will happily entertain herself with any toy or tennis ball.
Missy is crate trained and does not bark or cry in her kennel, she is potty trained, and will go to the door to tell you she needs to go outside! She takes treats like a gentle little princess too!
She loves new people, and will happily climb into their laps for kisses and butt scratches.
Missy is not a barker, (except for when the doorbell rings) and on the rare occasion that she does bark, she is easily redirected.
The best part... Missy is ITTY BITTY! Her back doesn't even come up to my knees.
