I was rescued from a local animal holding facility by a kind husky loving lady. I arrived full of many talents and pent up energy. She helped me by providing structure and guidance to focus those talents. I know basic commands like sit, stay, come and down. My favorite activity that we do is going for bike rides, it's a blast and I like to show off sometimes. Hey, I am a Husky and I can run with the best! To best describe me I often compare myself to that hunk named Sylvester Stallone. Have you ever seen that movie, Rocky? Well, I'm a tough driven guy like him, but I also have a soft loving side....shhhh don't tell anyone about that part though, that mushy stuff is earned!
Overall, I am a great dog who would do best with a family or individual who understands the Husky breed and can ensure that I maintain a good structured focus inside and out of the home. I thrive with a solid person guiding me down this path we call life. I promise that you will have a loyal friend along the entire journey.
Well I have been here in my foster home for awhile now. My foster mom says I can be very loving, I enjoy cuddling with her and will roll over for belly rubs. I am still kinda particular on other dogs, I miss the female foster she had. I really enjoyed playing with her, her resident dogs and I don’t seem to like each other. I really enjoy spending a lot of time outside just watching the neighborhood to make sure we are safe. I don’t bark at things too much, pretty much just when I am ready to come inside. If you are outside working I love hanging out and watching you. And those bike rides she takes me on, I love it. We start off and I run run run and she doesn’t even have to peddle, but then we back off and enjoy a nice easy run and I am tired when we get home.
I hope you will send my mom an app, we would both love for me to find that forever home.
