Baldwin is a gorgeous lab x Dutch Shepherd, a 2 year old high energy puppy, clumsy on long legs. He  doesn't know his size or strength: 60 muscular pounds.  Baldwin needs to run off his energy every day but he also knows how to chill in the house.
This sweet dog needs a patient calm household where he feels wanted and safe. He  is great with people and thinks he is a lap dog. He would be best as an only dog with a predictable household routine or with a mature dog or female his size. Please contact us for more details. Baldwin is currently in foster in Charlotte.

This is a wonderful family dog ready for foster or for adoption.

About Brother Wolf Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Brother Wolf Animal Rescue is known for their excellence in matching people with the best dog or cat that would suit their lifestyle. Today we are proud to have the largest NO-KILL shelter in Asheville. Brother Wolf Animal Rescue was established in 2006. We started off as a very small group of people, taking dogs and cats from gassing shelters in GA. We found wonderful homes for these animals but realized while we were saving these particular animals, we had a much bigger problem in our community that we needed to face. Perfectly healthy, highly adoptable animals in our community are being euthanized every day. Rescued pets are not broken or damaged goods. They are wonderful animals who have ended up homeless through no fault of their own.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our facility is located at 31 Glendale Avenue in Asheville, off Swannanoa River Rd, 1/2 mile from Lowe's. Open every day.

Our Adoption Process...

All adoptions will require a contract and discussions with one of our adoption counselors. Based on the needs of the particular animal, we reserve the right to require a home visit at the discretion of the adoption counselor. All our animals will be altered before adoption and up-to-date on standard vaccinations. We do collect an adoption fee.
