Kyran- adoption pending's Story...
Kyran is a 10 mo old pit mix puppy. He is a very friendly happy guy. Kyran loves other dogs and has dog park level social skills with other pups. He would love another playful young dog in his forever home. Kyran is high energy and does need a fenced yard for him and you to be happy. He would LOVE to be someone's jogging partner! Kyran would probably do just fine in a home with kids that were old enough and sturdy enough to not to be knocked over by a 40 lb puppy. He will need to continue to work on manners but he is getting started on the right foot in his foster home. We will update Kyran's profile as we learn more about him, he is new to RCHS.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kyran- adoption pending, a Manhattan Pit Bull Terrier/Cattle Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Cattle Dog for sale in Manhattan, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Cattle Dog puppy from a breeder in Manhattan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manhattan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manhattan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Cattle Dog breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manhattan paves the way for another one to be saved.
