Meet DUELLY. He is an 8 month-ish old black lab mix. He is awesome! He is sweet, walks well on leash and gets along with his foster family's two dogs. He is interested but has a healthy respect for his foster family's cats. He eyes are beautiful and he looks deep into your soul when he looks at you! He is not an overly energetic dog that we have seen. Likes to lay near his foster humans on the living room floor or follows them around the house. Has just discovered the dog's toy box and like to "shop" for toys! Super sweet! He will be adopted quickly-if you are interested, apply to adopt him at www.cprdogs.com.
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! First, CPR with be with North Shore Animal League on Friday, April 28th at Petland Discounts in Southbury, CT from 2pm-6pm. Then, CPR will be at PetSmart in Orange, CT on Saturday, April 29th from 11am-3pm as part of the North Shore Animal League’s “Tour for Life”. Lastly, CPR will be hosting an open house at their adoption center located at 522 N. Georges Hill Rd in Southbury, CT on Sunday, April 30th from 10am-1pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. Come meet our pups and find your forever friend!
This puppy is spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. The adoption fee is $375 if your adoption is prepaid prior to your pup's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on puppies that are picked up from our Southbury, CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at the Woburn, MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn, MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
